Russell titled 'Friend or Enemy?' which is of a trapper trapped underneath a freshly killed elk with an Indian man standing over them holding a smoking rifle. In the bottom left corner is Charles M. Russell's signature and the date of 1900. Printed on the back in black ink is 'Friend or Enemy? water color by Charles M. Russell'. This copy is smaller, off centered, and darker.
