Russell titled 'When Shadows Hint of Death' which is of two trappers hiding with their horses from Indians that are above them (you can see their shadows on the left hill) and Russell's signature along with the date of 1915 is visible in the lower left corner of the image. Peter A Juley photographer stamped is on the back.
