Scope and Content Notes
Page from an album with photograph pasted onto the paper. Image is of Charlie Russell bronze deer. Pasted on the back is a text panel that reads: 'The timid deer peers anxiously from the protetion of the foliage before venturing into the open. Russell often went on hunting trips with friends, but rarely raised a rifle to kill, and then only for meat. He preferred to let others do the shooting--his hunting was with a sketch-pad and pencil.'
