Scope and Content Notes

Page from an album with photograph pasted onto the paper. Image is of Charlie Russell bronze plaque. Pasted on the back is a text panel that reads: 'As Charley Russell modestly said, 'althought I worked for many years on the range, I am not what people think a good cowboy should be. In the Spring I wrangled horses, in the Fall I hearded beef.' Certainly he knew his 'Beef.' In this model Russell pictures an 'X T Bar' range bull bellowing his challenge--he is angry--as evidenced by the lashing of his tail.'
