Essay/Description

One inch circle of tanned leather to which is stiched single row of white horse hair. Tan circle of leather is drilled with hole in center for attachment to hat and a pendant feather. Circle is surrounded by single row of medium blue cut beads

This was likely worn during stomp dances.
