Red felt necklace worn with stickball regalia / Liza Leader

Essay/Description

A strip of red cotton cloth is knotted to form a necklace worn around the neck and on the shoulders. To this are attached about 25 red wood strips. Each has a hole at one end, through which the necklace passes. These strips are spaced so as to create a red fringe on the shoulders, back, and chest when worn.
