Dear Mr. Babcock: In mailing the letter to you yesterday, in some way I lost the most impor- tant part, so here is what I have gotten from Mr. Russell, which will give you more of an idea what he thinks when he is painting. I have also added two descrip- tions of pictures to Mr. Conway. They are all typical of Charlie and I thought you would be interested in them.
