I would like much to have you see the case of the “Wolf” to enable you to authenticate if and shall be glad to send it over to you in Pasa- dena some time shortly when I have an oppor- tunity to do so. May I? The cast is painted – still has the original work – in natural colors. When it was shipped out here from Saint Louis there were a few marred places in the coloring, but I had these touched up by an artist here and it was done so skillfully that they cannot be distinguished.
